A Backstage Pass to the 2016 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show

This year, the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show was bigger and better than ever! As the chief marketing officer and executive of the fashion show, Ed Razek, told the Los Angeles Times, “It doesn’t get any bigger than this in the fashion world. Paris is the home of fashion. It’s the home of lingerie and it’s the home of fashion shows.” And we’d most certainly have to agree! How can you beat Paris and the Grand Palais?

The smell of hairspray and cleaning solution filled the Paris air on the big day. The backstage area was a beautiful mess as models hurried between the makeup, hair and clothing stations. With 51 gorgeous models and more than a whopping 83 outfits in the show, we certainly had our hands full with keeping all the bows tied, the feathers fluffed, and diamonds shining! Our toughest challenge was keeping 11 pairs of knee socks white as snow, as well as touching up a clear vinyl jacket.

As the official dry cleaners for Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, for the sixth year in a row, we take great pride in taking care of all of the garments. Each year the show becomes bigger and more extravagant. It’s amazing to be able to grow along with the hundreds of people whose hard work culminates into the yearly unforgettable experience.

Here’s to a 7th year!
